Skill Work Day

5 Rounds...

5 towel pullups
5 handstand pushups (ear below plyo box)
10 pistol squats (alt. leg)

50 Continuous Kipping pullups. Never did that before. Felt good. Think I could have gotten around 60 or 65 continuous.

65 Double Unders Consecutive!

100 paces lunges

Static squat 155# 20 secs
Static OH 155# 20 secs
Static Inverted row 20 secs
